1. SERVICES PROVIDED 

TimeLess Spaces By Nataleigh provides professional organization services, including but not limited to:

     1. Customized organization plans

     2. In-Home or virtual consultations

     3. In-Home organization and de-cluttering services

     4. Downsizing assistance

     5. Donation/Recycling and Trash Disposal services

Services are provided by appointment only and are tailored to each client's unique set of needs.

2. CONSULTATION BOOKING

​

  • Clients may book consultations online through our scheduling​ system.

  • Booking a consultation does not guarantee service availability beyond the agreed appointment.

  • All information provided during booking must be accurate and complete.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.

3. PAYMENTS & FEES

​

  • Prices for services will be disclosed after the consultation is completed.

  • Payments, deposits, or cancellation fees will be outlined separately per customer.

  • Payments must be made according to the terms provided.

  • No refunds are issued on completed services.

4. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING â€‹â€‹â€‹

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee.

  • Client-initiated cancellations are non-refundable.

  • Missed appointments or no-shows are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be issued only if TimeLess Spaces By Nataleigh must cancel the scheduled service.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within (7-10) business days.

5. THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS & AFFILIATE LINKS

  • All purchases are made directly through third-party vendors.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, structural issues or item condition.

  • Organizational outcomes vary and are not guaranteed.
