1. NO REFUNDS ON COMPLETED SERVICES

Due to the nature of professional organizing services, all sales are final.

​

Once a service, session, or project has been completed - whether in full or in part - no refunds will be issued. This includes, but is not limited to:

​

  • In-home organizing services

  • In-Home or Virtual consultation fees/deposits.

  • Decluttering sessions

  • Customized organiazation plans

​

Results vary based on client participation, decision-making, and circumstances, and outcomes are not guaranteed.

2. REFUNDS DUE TO BUSINESS CANCELLATION ONLY

​

Refunds will be issued only if TimeLess Spaces By Nataleigh must cancel the scheduled service and is unable to reschedule.

​

In this case, the client may choose:

​

  • A full refund, or

  • To reschedule the service at no additional cost

​

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within (7-10) business days.

​

3. CLIENT CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

​

  • Client-initiated cancellations are non-refundable

  • Missed appointments or no-shows are non-refundable

  • Rescheduling options must be requested in advance and are subject to availability

​

4. DEPOSITS AND SERVICE PACKAGES

​

  • Deposits are non-refundable once services have begun

  • Service packages are non-refundable after the first session has taken place

​

5. THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS

​

TimeLess By Nataleigh does not sell, ship, or fulfill products advertised or linked on this website. Any refunds related to third-party products must be requested directly from the seller according to their refund policy.

6. GOVERNING LAW

​

This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
